Discharge Lounge Concierges: Friendly and welcoming volunteers in this role provide assistance and support to patients preparing to leave the hospital.
Wayfinding Concierges: Volunteers in this role help guide patients and visitors throughout the hospital, ensuring they reach their destinations promptly and with ease.
