Together, HCA Florida Aventura Hospital, HCA Florida Kendall Hospital and HCA Florida Mercy Hospital have achieved accreditation of the HCA Florida Miami Dade Integrated Cancer Program by the American College of Surgeons' Commission on Cancer. This new network offers patients access to a seamless and coordinated continuum of care network, with their needs addressed at every stage of their cancer journey.
Miami, FL – HCA Florida Miami Dade Integrated Cancer Program proudly announces its new accreditation from the American College of Surgeons' Commission on Cancer. The Integrated Network Cancer Program accreditation is distinguished by a partnership in excellence across multiple facilities dedicated to providing exceptional cancer care across the entire treatment and support services spectrum.
The accreditation is the result of a collaborative effort among HCA Florida Aventura Hospital, HCA Florida Kendall Hospital, and HCA Florida Mercy Hospital. These institutions have worked tirelessly to enhance and integrate their cancer care services, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive care from diagnosis through treatment, including access to clinical trials, survivorship programs, and end-of-life care services. This new network also offers patients access to top oncologists, surgeons, radiation oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, oncology navigators, nurses, and a comprehensive range of support services.

Cancer accreditations across the HCA Healthcare network are conducted in partnership with the Sarah Cannon Cancer Network, which facilitates the Commission on Cancer and regulatory requirements. Sarah Cannon colleagues manage over 100 accreditations across the enterprise and host 4,500 multidisciplinary cancer conferences annually as part of the standard accreditation process.
With this accreditation, HCA Florida Miami Integrated Cancer Program joins an elite group of healthcare facilities nationwide recognized for their commitment to providing the highest level of cancer care.
