"My Urologist, Dr. Jens Carlsen, had performed a biopsy on my prostate due to an elevated PSA result. The results were positive for prostate cancer. The recommendation was for a "nerve sparing-minimally invasive" robotic radical prostatectomy. Considering that Dr. Carlsen had performed this surgery many times, and combined with research of my own, I agreed to proceed down this path for treatment. The operation was to be performed at Fawcett Hospital.
