To connect, follow these steps:
- Start with your Wi-Fi enabled device turned off.
- Turn your device on and ensure that it is connected to the “guest_access” SSID/Network.
- Launch your web browser. You should see the “guest_access” welcome page. Select your connection option. If you do not see the “guest_access” welcome page, you may need to configure the SSID or network name to “Guest Access."

If a friend or loved one is spending time with us at HCA Florida Northside Hospital, send them an encouraging email message to brighten up their day.
Emails are delivered Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. Messages received outside of these hours or on holidays will be delivered the next business day.
Please keep in mind that this is the equivalent of sending a postcard. We cannot provide privacy or confidentiality.

It applies to all hospital campuses and buildings owned or leased by HCA Florida Northside Hospital, including the hospital, any owned or leased buildings, grounds, parking lots, ramps and vehicles brought onto the property. The policy includes all property, including the parking lots and landscaped areas.Are electronic cigarettes permitted?
No, electronic cigarettes are not permitted. Our tobacco-free policy defines the “use of tobacco” to be the use of any cigarette, cigar, pipe and smokeless or other tobacco.Where can I smoke?
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property of HCA Florida Northside Hospital. This includes parking lots and landscaped areas. If you choose to smoke, you will need to leave the campus to smoke.Resources
