Visitor hours
- Our visiting hours are Mon - Sun: 7:00am - 8:00pm.
Visitor badge system
To provide a higher level of security to patients and staff, HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital has initiated a photo identification badging system for hospital visitors. Upon entering the hospital lobby, visitors must present photo identification (usually a driver's license) and have their picture taken. They'll then receive a visitor badge sticker featuring their name, date, destination and photo, to wear in the hospital.
- Visitor badges are valid for the entire day.
- Visitors coming to the facility multiple times throughout a day do not need to stop at the lobby once they have their badge for the day.
- If a visitor returns to the hospital on a subsequent day, they do not need to pose for a new picture. They only need to have their photo identification scanned. Then, we'll pull up their existing visitor badge credentials for quick badge printing.
- Children under the age of 16 will receive a photo ID badge associated with the adult accompanying them.
Gift shop
HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital’s gift shop is located on the north side of our hospital.
The hours of operation are:
- Mon - Thurs: 10:00am - 3:00pm
Cafeteria
The Cafeteria is located on the north side of HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital and offers a salad bar and rotating selection of daily hot lunch specials.
The hours of operation are:
- Mon - Fri: 11:00am - 2:00pm
- Sat and Sun: 11:30am - 1:30pm
Parking
Free visitor parking is available 24/7.
Pastoral services
Okeechobee Ministerial Association organizes a rotating schedule of on-call pastoral services. The Chapel is located in the emergency room wing.

Patient emails are delivered during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
