If you are motivated to donate your time and talents, we invite you to join the dedicated volunteers at HCA Florida Sarasota Hospital in Sarasota, FL.
With their genuine attitudes, our volunteers provide a superb personal touch to each patient's hospital stay. The services performed by our volunteers are measured in hours. However, the contributions of our volunteers cannot be adequately reflected in hours alone. The benefits of our program for our patients - the extra helping hands, smiles and compassion - add to the quality of each patient's care and simply cannot be measured.

The volunteers of HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital are a caring group of individuals who bring a variety of skills and abilities to help improve the lives of others. Volunteers include retirees, professionals, former patients, former military or medical personnel, and students who share a common goal: to help others.
The extra helping hands, smiles, and compassion add to the quality of each patient’s care and simply cannot be measured. There are a variety of volunteer positions to meet the many interests of volunteers including those in the emergency department, at the main information desk, in admitting or the volunteer office, helping to discharge patients, or working in the gift shop.
