HCA Florida St. Petersburg and Pasadena Hospitals welcome Terri Shong as Human Resources Vice President
Shong brings over two decades of comprehensive human resources experience to both hospitals.
HCA Florida St. Petersburg Hospital and HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital are excited to announce Terri Shong's appointment as the new Human Resources Vice President (HRVP) for both facilities. In this role, Shong will oversee human resources operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement and organizational development strategies for both facilities.
Shong brings over two decades of comprehensive human resources experience to both hospitals. She has a proven track record of leading HR initiatives that drive organizational success and foster positive workplace cultures.
Prior to joining HCA Florida Pasadena and St. Petersburg Hospitals, Shong served as the Senior Regional Manager of Human Resources at two HCA Healthcare facilities in San Jose, California. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from UC Santa Barbara and certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
