Simulation Center named after HCA Florida Healthcare

Tallahassee State College received a generous $500,000 gift from HCA Florida Healthcare, supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals.

“HCA Florida Healthcare is deeply committed to fostering a strong pipeline of skilled professionals with the use of simulations labs, that are transformative to the training students receive,” said Dawn Beljin, chief nursing executive at HCA Healthcare North Florida Division. “Our partnership with Tallahassee State College ensures students have access to advanced learning tools and resources, ultimately enhancing the quality of care in our community.”

In recognition of this gift, the Simulation Center at the Ghazvini Center for Healthcare Education was named the HCA Florida Healthcare Simulation Center. This state-of-the-art facility plays a pivotal role in training students in healthcare professions, providing hands-on, real-world experience that prepares them for the demands of their future careers.
