It is often said that while someone may forget what you said or did, they never forget the way you made them feel. Our team at Northwest Women's Hospital doesn't take that lightly, and our nurses and lactation consultants went above and beyond to find new and exciting ways to engage our new parents during their postpartum experience.

In honor of the pro football playoff season, the nursing team handed our specially-designed, football-themed onesies for the newborns, and provided snacks, refreshments and photo props for their parents to enjoy.

While posing with her family for some themed photos, Krystal shared the following testimonial about her experience delivering her baby at Northwest:

"Northwest has an amazing staff. They are very attentive to us and our needs," Krystal said. "They made us feel like we were their #1 priority. They made me feel like family and not just a patient."
