Roy Hwang, MD, is a board certified Neurosurgeon caring for patients in Seminole and Volusia counties. H relocated to the Central Florida area from Pennsylvania.

Dr. Hwang attended UC Irivine where he earned his undergraduate degree, went on to Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. He then completed his Intern and Residency at West Virginia University, followed by Fellowship at Albany Medical College.
