Volunteer opportunities at our hospital
HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital offers opportunities to volunteer your time and talents to serve our patients and guests. Although our volunteers do not perform medical or nursing duties, they do bring an extra touch of kindness to our patients and visitors.
Volunteer candidates
To be eligible for our program, you must be:
- 16 years of age or older
- able to commit to a regular weekly schedule
- able to commit to at least one year of service
- able to successfully pass a criminal background check
