Community health and safety event featuring free activities for families and adults of all ages
Clearwater and surrounding community members are invited to join us for a fun, family friendly health and safety event. Our Clearwater Emergency brings convenience and Largo Hospital's medical expertise closer to your home and loved ones.

WHEN: Saturday, February 22, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
WHO: Clearwater and surrounding community members are invited to join us for a fun, family friendly health and safety event. Our Clearwater Emergency brings convenience and Largo Hospital’s medical expertise closer to your home and loved ones.
WHAT:
- HCA Florida Largo Hospital Emergency and Imaging Colleagues will host a free teddy bear clinic for all children. They will have an opportunity to perform a pretend emergency room experience with their stuffed animal. Bring your own stuffed animal or receive a free teddy bear for the first 200 children.
- Sunstar Paramedics will provide bike helmet safety education including free bike helmets for those in need. In addition, they will conduct car seat safety checks for families to get their car seat installed or a safety check by a certified passenger technician.
- City of Clearwater Police Department will have K9 officer and available for safety questions.
- Hands only CPR demonstrations and national heart month education provided by American Heart Association. Learn how YOU can save a life.
- Touch-a-truck experience with Sunstar Paramedics ambulance and City of Clearwater Police Department vehicle.
