Orlando attorney appointed to UCF Lake Nona Hospital Board of Trustees

Orlando, FL – Orlando area attorney Gary Salzman has been appointed to the UCF Lake Nona Hospital Board of Trustees. The hospital is part of HCA Florida Healthcare, a family of more than 650 affiliated sites of care, including hospitals, physician practices, freestanding emergency rooms and urgent care centers.

As a member of the board, Salzman will help further the role and purpose of the hospital by providing oversight of the hospital and advice to the partnership. UCF Lake Nona Hospital is a partnership between HCA Healthcare and UCF Academic Health.

“I am honored to join the Board of Trustees at UCF Lake Nona Hospital. I look forward to serving on the board to help it guide the hospital to meet and improve the healthcare needs of the Central Florida community,” Salzman said.

Salzman has been a practicing lawyer in Florida since 1988 and is a shareholder with Garganese, Weiss, D’Agresta & Salzman P.A., where he handles litigation, mediation and arbitration for business, real estate and employment disputes. Prior to joining his current firm he was a shareholder with GrayRobinson, P.A. Salzman has also been Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Business Litigation since 1997. Board certification is the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in the areas of law approved for certification.
