During this time, we understand how important it is to be connected to your loved ones. Pictured here is CVICU Nurse Neli helping one of her patients, Yvette, connect with her sister over FaceTime.

Here is what Yvette's sister, Eve, had to say: “It means everything to us. Neli went above and beyond the call of duty for our family. She connected us to our loved one in the ICU and brought us together during such a difficult time, when we can't physically be there due to COVID-19. Her compassion touched us and it meant the absolute world to us. We are truly overwhelmed with gratitude to be able to speak to our loved one, through televisit. She not only cares about her patients, but also their families. There are simply not enough “thank you's” to explain our gratitude. We are so thankful for nurses like Neli, and the entire staff at Westside Hospital, for all their hard work and the compassionate care they provide to our precious loved one.” — Eve
