Bradenton, FL — HCA Florida South Bradenton Emergency is now open and ready to deliver emergency care services to residents in Bradenton and the neighboring communities. The facility is located at 6215 14th St. West, Bradenton, Florida, and offers board-certified emergency physician coverage 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
HCA Florida South Bradenton Emergency is a department of HCA Florida Blake Hospital, and will provide the same level of emergency services available at the hospital’s main campus at 2020 59th St. West in Bradenton. The 11,500 square-foot facility features 9 exam rooms and a trauma bay. It is equipped with advanced medical technology, providing X-ray, CT scan, ultrasound, laboratory and pharmacy services on-site to ensure efficient, comprehensive care.
The establishment of this facility addresses the need for convenient healthcare services in a rapidly growing region. HCA Florida South Bradenton Emergency is expected to serve an estimated 9,200 patients in its first year of operation, providing a critical lifeline for those in need of urgent medical attention.

This project represents an investment of more than $15 million, with an estimated annual salary and benefits impact of more than $3 million to the community.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony took place on Monday, August 12, as part of the grand opening of HCA Florida South Bradenton Emergency. The ceremony gave emergency medical services (EMS) personnel and local officials the opportunity to tour the facility to better understand the layout and services that are now available to the community.
HCA Florida South Bradenton Emergency is the second free-standing emergency department opened by HCA Florida Blake Hospital this summer. The other facility, HCA Florida Palmetto Emergency, opened on July 1 at 902 10th St. E., Palmetto, FL.
