Visitor hours
Our visiting hours are Mon - Sun: 9:00am - 8:00pm.
ICU visiting hours: 11:00am - 6:00pm
Patients are limited to (2) visitors at a time, ages 12 and up. An adult must accompany visitors between the ages of 12-18.
Wi-Fi access
HCA Florida JFK Hospital operates a wireless (Wi-Fi) network for our patients and guests. Using your Wi-Fi-enabled device, you can access many internet resources (email, websites, instant messenger, etc.) from just about anywhere in the hospital.
We're happy to provide this free and reliable service to our patients and visitors, and getting connected is easy.
Parking/valet information
We have surface parking and three parking garages on our campus.
We also have valet services at our Main Entrance as well as our Rothman Entrance. Valet services are available Mon - Sat: 8:00am - 8:00pm.
Cafeteria/menus
Breakfast: 7:30am - 9:00am
Lunch: 11:15am - 2:00pm
Dinner: 4:15pm - 7:00pm
Gift shop
Our gift shop is open Mon - Fri: 10:30am - 5:00pm.
Pastoral services
Pastoral services are available to patients and family members who:
- Desire to be visited by a pastor, rabbi, imam or spiritual leader of their faith
- Desire prayer, scripture or administration of sacraments
- Experience emotional distress
- Experience suffering and loss
- Need a confidential conversation
- Need support during a faith-shattering crisis
- Question their belief system
- Seek spiritual resources for coping with life challenges
