HCA Florida North Florida Hospital among "America's Best Hospitals" in 2025

HCA Florida North Florida Hospital announced today it is among America’s 250 Best Hospitals for 2025, according to new research released by Healthgrades, the No. 1 online site Americans use when searching for a doctor or hospital. The achievement reflects the hospital’s unwavering commitment to exceptional patient care and puts the facility in the top 5% of hospitals nationwide for overall clinical performance. A total of 14 HCA Florida Healthcare hospitals are among America’s 250 Best Hospitals this year, according to Healthgrades.

 This is the third year in a row the hospital has been included on Healthgrades’ annual list of America’s Best Hospitals. Additionally, HCA Florida North Florida Hospital received several recent recognitions from Healthgrades, including an outstanding 10 “Best Specialty” awards in vascular surgery, surgical care, cardiac care, critical care, orthopedic surgery, joint replacement, spine surgery, stroke care, gastrointestinal care and GI surgery.

 The Healthgrades recognitions received by HCA Florida North Florida Hospital are based exclusively on what matters most: patient outcomes. To determine the top hospitals for 2025, Healthgrades evaluated risk-adjusted mortality and complication rates for over 30 of the most common conditions and procedures at approximately 4,500 hospitals nationwide.
