During the interview process, we evaluate potential volunteers' skills and talents. With various departments available within HCA Florida Aventura Hospital, there is surely a volunteer opportunity that will fit the needs of both the volunteer and the hospital. Our volunteer program provides orientation and training from our hospital staff professionals and/or veteran volunteers.
