Behavioral Health Mindfulness Programs (BHMPs)
Mindfulness is a psychological state of awareness. It's important to your mental health because mindfulness helps you gain awareness of your own thoughts, feelings, behaviors and bodily sensations. By helping you develop mindfulness, we can teach you to identify your triggers and develop effective coping skills to manage your symptoms.
Our BHMPs use an evidenced-based, multidisciplinary approach to help support this behavioral change and your lasting recovery from mental health conditions and addiction.
The BHMPs are offered in three "tracks", each consisting of three days a week to meet your needs. The specific times for each of the tracks are as follows:
- Track A: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8:30am to 12:00pm
