HCA Florida Northside Hospital has named  Jabr Hadid, M.D., chief medical officer (CMO) effective January 1, 2024.

Dr. Hadid is a high performing physician leader coming from HealthFirst. where he served as a physician advisor in Melbourne, Florida.  Prior to HealthFirst he was the lead hospitalist at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, in private practice and as a hospitalist program medical director at Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio.

 After graduating from medical school at St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine and finishing his residency in Internal Medicine at Northeast Ohio Medical University College of Medicine, Affiliated Hospitals of Canton in Ohio, servant leadership started to become an important goal in his career. He completed his Fellowship of the American College of Physicians, achieved his certificate of leadership from the American College of Physicians, and attended the Florida Institute of Technology to complete his Masters of Business Administration in healthcare management graduating in August of 2022.
