When I was moved to a room my team of nurses and doctors assessed my case and came up with a game plan to get me back on my feet.

My doctors sat with me as they reviewed my case and asked questions. My nurses were warriors and supported my healing process. I was alone in that hospital room all day and they made sure I was comfortable and felt safe. I have lived with my illness for over 14 years and have had countless hospital stays and no hospital has ever shown me the kind of attention and care Palms West did. My condition improved quickly and my anxiety due to COVID-19 dissipated when I observed the lengths Palms West was going to ensure their patients and staff's safety.
