"The care I received at Palms West was exceptional! I want to thank ER Dr. Doufel and RN Gigi for taking care of me and keeping me well informed. From the lab technician to transporter Clifford, everyone was so kind and comforting. My nurses on 3C Omeni, Veronicella, Ashlyn, CNA's Bo and Taylor and Charge Nurses Cindy and Narda were truly a team. Their kindness, compassion and knowledge was reassuring and a breath of fresh air. Cardio Pulmonary Echo tech Patrice re-assured me and kept me laughing. Environmental and dietary were also wonderful. I wanted to take a minute to thank Dr. Beserra and all the healthcare professionals at Palms West who took exceptional care of me. Thank you!"
